Payment

We accept all major credit cards through PayPal or payment by check. Checks must be made out to SLOW LORIS. Orders will be sent as soon as your payment has been received AND cleared. Sometimes PayPal payments take a few days to clear as well so please be aware of this.

Shipping

Monday through Friday, we ship all received orders before 1 pm through the United States Postal service. Orders received after 1 pm sent out next day. Domestic orders all have DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Our shipping may cost a little more, but it's to ensure we can track your package and it arrives in a timely matter to you. PLEASE NOTE: ANY OVERPAYMENT OVER $1.00 IN SHIPPING WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU AFTER CHECKOUT TO YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS.

DOMESTIC orders take around 3-5 days*

INTERNATIONAL orders take around 6-13 days*

*This is the USPS estimated shipping time. If it is during the holidays, please be aware shipping delays can happen.

International orders CAN NOT BE TRACKED, and therefore if you are placing an order from out of the country, we can NOT refund lost or stolen orders. This rarely happens, and usually find that your package is just tied up in customs.

If your Domestic order goes missing, we can locate it with your tracking number and find where it was last dropped off. Sometimes it's just at your neighbors house, sitting at the post office, or simply hiding on your back porch.

Refunds and Exchanges

All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 15 days upon customer receiving them. Buyer pays all shipping expenses unless Slow Loris totally screwed something up and in that case of course we'll do everything in our power to make it all better. We want you to be a happy customer so please email us (Please put "Refund" or "Exchange" in the Subject box) with any problems. We can fix it!

EXCHANGE FOR DIFFERENT SIZE: Check web site for availability of the size you're after first. Then send your shirt, and a note stating what you are exchanging it for with $4 dollars tucked inside for return shipping to you. The note is important as we get a lot of exchanges so don't cause delay by forgetting it. Also no washed shirts can be returned. We can easily tell, so please don't try.
